VACANCIES
Controller / Accounting (m/f/d)
Employment: Permanent, permanent part-time position (20 hours/week)
Location: Hamburg
Start: April 1, 2025
In your role in Controlling/Accounting, you will be an important part of our team and contribute significantly to analyzing, planning, and optimizing our processes. With your commitment, you will ensure that we make informed decisions and achieve our goals.
Your tasks:
Analysis and reporting:
- You carry out sales and company analyses (e.g. sales, costs, contribution margins).
- You create and interpret reports to support management.
- You identify trends and potential for optimizing processes and results.
Planning and control:
- You create and monitor monthly, annual and budget planning at company and product group level.
- You develop and maintain sales and cost plans.
- You plan production and coordinate with internal departments.
- You monitor goal achievement and adjust plans regularly.
Budget control and reporting:
- You prepare monthly reports on budget control and profitability.
- You analyze deviations between planned and actual figures and derive measures.
- You support strategic decision-making processes through sound analyses.
Accounting tasks (approximately 1–2 times a month):
- You sort and check receipts and invoices.
- You enter receipts into DATEV.
- You support the preparation of the month-end closing.
Your profile:
Professional qualifications:
- A completed degree in business administration, controlling, finance or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in controlling and corporate planning.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, ideally experience with DATEV or other accounting programs.
Personal strengths:
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Precise and reliable working methods, even under time pressure.
- The ability to present complex data in an understandable and visually appealing way.
Addition:
- Affinity for numbers, economic relationships and strategic planning.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different departments.
