As a Product Manager at Leopold's, you are largely responsible for expanding our high-quality products in the area of ​​dog accessories. You design our range, keep an eye on trends and ensure that our customers always receive the best quality. With your organizational talent and your feeling for design and functionality, you play a central role in our team and contribute to the success of our company.

  • You manage and coordinate the entire product development process – from the idea to market launch.
  • You will optimize and further develop our product range, always with an eye on trends and customer needs in the area of ​​dog accessories.
  • You plan collections and keep an eye on sales figures and stocks in order to optimally manage our product range.

market analysis and quality management

  • You carry out market and competitive analyses to identify trends and customer needs at an early stage.
  • You ensure that all products meet our high quality standards.

supplier management and sourcing

  • You will be responsible for selecting and negotiating with suppliers and ensuring smooth material procurement.
  • You monitor production in terms of quality and costs.

planning and analysis

  • You plan and manage the collection framework to ensure that business goals are achieved.
  • You create product planning based on evaluations/figures and monitor sales and inventory data during the season

your profile

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in product management, ideally in the textile and/or private label sector
  • You have a passion for dogs, especially dachshunds and small dog breeds.
  • You have a good feel for market trends and customer needs and are analytical and good with numbers.
  • You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
  • You are communicative, confident in German and English, and coordinate processes confidently.
  • You are a team player, but you also work independently and like to contribute your own ideas.

Controller / Accounting (m/f/d)

Employment: Permanent position, permanent part-time (20 hours/week)
Location: Hamburg

In your role in controlling/accounting, you are an important part of our team and make a significant contribution to analyzing, planning and optimizing our processes. With your commitment, you ensure that we make well-founded decisions and achieve our goals.

Your tasks:

Analysis and reporting:

  • You carry out sales and company analyses (e.g. sales, costs, contribution margins).
  • You prepare and interpret reports to support management.
  • You identify trends and potential for optimizing processes and results.

Planning and control:

  • You create and monitor monthly, annual and budget planning at company and product group level.
  • You develop and maintain sales and cost plans.
  • You plan production and coordinate with internal departments.
  • You monitor goal achievement and adjust plans regularly.

Budget control and reporting:

  • You prepare monthly reports on budget control and profitability.
  • You analyze deviations between planned and actual figures and derive measures.
  • You support strategic decision-making processes through sound analyses.

Accounting tasks (approx. 1-2 times a month):

  • You sort and check receipts and invoices.
  • You enter receipts in DATEV.
  • You support the preparation of the month-end closing.

Your profile:

Professional qualifications:

  • A completed degree in business administration, controlling, finance or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in controlling and corporate planning.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel, ideally experience with DATEV or other accounting programs.

  • Precise and reliable working methods, even under time pressure.
  • The ability to present complex data in an understandable and visually appealing way.
